What ages are your sleepover parties for?
Our sleepover parties are ideal for children aged between 5 and 12.
What is included in your sleepover packages?
All our sleepover packages include:
- Overnight hire of teepees
- Foam mattresses with protectors and fitted sheets
- Soft, cosy duvets and pillows with protectors
- Themed cushions and accessories
- Battery operated fairy lights
- Breakfast trays & accessories
- Other styling pieces & accessories
- Letter name board
All our sleepovers include the delivery, set-up and styling of all the items included in your chosen package. We will come back the next day at a confirmed time to pack down and collect.
What area do you cover?
We cover South Staffordshire, Shropshire & Wolverhampton. Delivery is included with all our packages if you live within 10 miles of WV8 (Codsall, Staffs). If you live outside this area there will be an additional charge to cover travel time and expenses. Please let us know your address and we will advise you of the delivery cost.
How long does it take to set up?
It usually takes between 1-2 hours to set up, depending on the number of guests at your party. We normally set up on the afternoon of your party to ensure everything is ready for when your guests arrive. Please note that we require the space to be clear and all furniture moved in advance of our arrival. Pack down does not take as long.
Can you use the teepees outside?
Weather permitting, our teepees are supplied for use outside in our party and picnic packages. For sleepover parties, our teepees unfortunately cannot be used outside as they are not weatherproof.
Do I need a power supply?
No power supply is needed, all our lights are battery powered.
How do you clean the teepees?
All the bedding we use is washed thoroughly with non biological washing detergent between each party.
How big are the teepees?
Each teepee when set up is about 90cm wide by 1.8m long. This does not include the space for the breakfast tray in-front of each teepee, you will need to allow for an additional 50cm. If space is limited we can place the breakfast tray on the mattress with the legs folded down.
What upgrades are available?
The Teeny Teepee Events Co. offer a bespoke service to ensure we bring your party dreams to life and we are constantly adding to our upgrade options. Currently we offer a sweetie buffet, popcorn bar, pamper package, personalised party bags, personalised PJs and gowns and an Instax polaroid photo booth, but if there is anything else that you would like at your sleepover then please let us know. We will do our very best to make your party dreams come true.
When is payment required?
To book your party we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining cost of the party package you've selected will then need to be paid 7 days before the date of your event. In addition, we ask for a £50 refundable damages deposit which will be returned to you no later than 7 days after the party, once we have time to check all the items after the party. Your deposit amount may be reduced if any items are missing, damaged or broken. We accept payment by bank transfer.
Do you have a cancellation policy
We understand that things can happen, so if you are unable to go ahead with your party and you let us know in advance of 14 days you will be refunded your deposit, however if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of your party date your deposit will be non-refundable.
